Your order is an offer to buy from Vannucci Vineyards. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Once we accept your order and debit your credit card, a contract will be made between you and Vannucci Vineyards. Our total liability to you for non-delivery of purchased goods is limited to the purchase price of the products.
